FCSO Investigates Shooting At Lava Lounge

On Sunday, July 3, 2022 at approximately 2:00 AM deputies with the Florence County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call of a shooting with a victim at the Lava Lounge night club located at 1928 West Darlington Street in Florence, SC.

Upon arrival deputies located the victim who appeared to have sustained a gunshot wound to the neck. Deputies administered first aid to the victim until Florence County EMS arrived to transport the victim to an area hospital for treatment. No further information on the condition of the victim is available at this time. The incident remains under investigation.
