**2012 Darlington Football Players And Cheerleaders Make Plans Now**

On October 7 Prior to the Football game against Myrtle Beach we will be recognizing all 2012 Football team members and Cheerleaders for the 10 yr. anniversary of your State Championship.

Plan to attend the Pre-Game tailgate on the old tennis court at 5:30. Get together with old friends and teammates and have a good time.

**Gospel in The Park Series Finale is Sunday October 2**

Gospel in the Park Series season finale is set for Sunday Oct 2, 4 p.m. until 7p.m. in Pride Park, Featuring The Whirlwind of Gospel music Ms. Helen Miller-Best, singing all her hits songs. Minister Lee Burgess and Resurrection, Sumter SC, Sonoco Men Club, Jerusalem Men Ensemble both of Hartsville. Bring your lawn Chairs and a open heart. A Free Outside Gospel event! **Hispanic Heritage Month**

Hispanic Heritage Month is observed each year from September 15 to October 15. This year’s theme, “Unidos: Inclusivity for a Stronger Nation,” encourages us to ensure that all voices are represented and welcomed to help build stronger communities and a stronger nation. During Hispanic Heritage Month, OMH will partner with other federal offices and stakeholders to disseminate and amplify bilingual educational messages about disease prevention and health promotion.

**International African American Museum To Open In Charleston SC**

Mark your calendars! The International African American Museum will officially open its doors to the world on January 21, 2023 in Charleston, SC.

We’re so close to opening our doors but still need to raise $1 million to stay on track for Opening Day and beyond.
