City Center Market In Florence Offers Fresh Food In The Hood

April 01, 2021

Once a warehouse for the Atlantic Coastline Railway, the City Center Market and Kitchen is now the community's hub for anyone looking for locally grown or raised foods, and for entrepreneurs who need a place to make, bake, and sell their goods. It is unlike anything else offered in the Pee Dee Region of South Carolina. You can check us out at our new location, 200 Sanborn St., located behind the Federal Building.

The City Center Farmers Market and Kitchen is operated by the City of Florence's Local Food Initiative. The City Center Farmers Market is open every Saturday from 9 am-1 pm and seasonally, April through October, on Tuesday evenings from 4 - 7 pm. The market boasts dozens of vendors selling an array of farm fresh produce, heritage meats, hand made artisan wares, organic soaps, goat milk lotions, and much more!
