Preparing meals in advance and freezing portions for later means you don’t have to cook every night to have a delicious and nutritious meal on the table. It’s easy to do. Make a freezer-friendly recipe and divide it into single servings. Pack in plastic containers and store in the freezer. Be sure to label each with the name of the recipe. Most will keep in the freezer for 2-3 months.
