**FCPD Investigating Shoplifting**

The City of Florence Police Department is asking for assistance in identifying a subject. This subject is wanted for questioning regarding a shoplifting incident at Family Dollar located at 233 W. Lucas Street on November 30.

The subject was driving a 2011 Chevrolet Impala.

**Wanted**

The Lake City Police Department needs your help locating Daryl Lanell Epps. Epps, 32, is a person of interest in a shooting that happened on Lassie Street in Lake City, SC that resulted in the death of another.

If you know where Epps may be, you're asked to call 911, the Lake City Police Department at (843) 374 - 5421, or Crime Stoppers of the Pee Dee at 1-888-CRIME-SC. You do not have to reveal your identity to leave information.

**Sumter man out on bond tied to vehicle break-ins, related thefts**

A Sumter man, who was out on bond for previous auto break-ins, is back in custody after officers linked him to additional vehicle break-ins in late November.

Warrants for the break-ins on Nov. 28-30 and possession of a stolen firearm were issued Wednesday for Noah Hamilton Fenters, 23, of Lakewood Circle.

Fenters was placed in custody and is being held in the local detention center, where bond was denied Thursday.

Several items, including firearms, were reported stolen during the break-ins.

Fenters was most recently charged in October for similar crimes in the county before being released on bond.

An investigation of the incidents in the city is continuing.

Residents are reminded to always remove items from their cars, SUVs and pickup trucks, make sure they are locked and report suspicious activity to law enforcement.

**SLED Charges South Carolina Woman With Three Counts Of Identity Fraud, Neglect Of A Vulnerable Adult And Unlicensed Practice As A Nurse In Three Counties**

Agents with the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) arrested Kimberly Faye Campbell, 48, on November 15, 2022 in the counties of Anderson, Pickens and Greenville for:

- Identity Fraud, 3 counts

- Neglect of a Vulnerable Adult, 3 counts

- Unlicensed Practice as a Registered Nurse, 3 counts

SLED was requested to investigate by the SC Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation (SC LLR). Details from SLED’s investigation can be found in the attached warrants.

Campbell was booked at the Anderson County Detention Center, followed by the Pickens County Detention Center and the Greenville County Detention Center.

The case will be prosecuted by the South Carolina Attorney General’s Office

**SLED Charges Former Darlington County Corrections Officer With Furnishing Or Possessing Contraband, Misconduct In Office**

Agents with the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) arrested Larry Kadeem Green, 29, of Florence, SC, on December 1, 2022, for Furnishing or Possessing Contraband and Misconduct in Office.

SLED was requested to investigate by the Darlington County Prison Camp. Details from SLED’s investigation can be found in the attached warrants.

Green was booked at the Darlington County Detention Center. The case will be prosecuted by the 4th Circuit Solicitor’s Office.

**SLED Charges Former Employee Of Pee Dee Regional Center With Abuse Of A Vulnerable Adult**

Agents with the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) arrested Joe Nathan Waymyers, 28, of Kingstree, SC, on Tuesday, November 22, 2022, for Abuse of a Vulnerable Adult.

SLED was requested to investigate by the Pee Dee Regional Center, which is a state operated facility of the South Carolina Department of Disabilities and Special Needs (SCDDSN).

Details from SLED’s investigation can be found in the attached warrant.

Waymyers was booked at the Florence County Detention Center. The case will be prosecuted by the 12th Circuit Solicitor’s Office.

**FCSO Investigators Need Your Help To Locate A Missing Man**

Investigators with the Florence County Sheriff’s Office need your help to locate a missing man. Derek Thomas Googe, age 52, of 2948 Overhill Road, Florence, SC was last seen when he was released from the Florence County Detention Center on October 25, 2022. Googe is described as standing approximately 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighing approximately 180 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes.

**FCSO Investigating A Shooting On Dingle Drive**

Florence County Sheriff’s Office Investigators are investigating a shooting which occurred on Dingle Drive in Florence, SC. Two victims are being treated at an area hospital for what are believed to be non-life-threatening injuries. Additional information will be provided when made available.
