Two Arrested On Drug Charges

On May 17, 2023 specially trained Narcotics Investigators assigned to the FCSO Narcotics Bureau executed a search warrant at 1516 Willow Trace Drive, Apartment D following a month long undercover operation. The search warrant resulted in the discovery of a large quantity of illegal narcotics, a firearm and approximately $7,000.00 in U.S. currency.

Investigators arrested Jermain Felipe Stukes and Jasmine Zhane Davis and charged them with a variety of narcotics violations including Trafficking in Heroin, Trafficking in Cocaine, Trafficking in Crack Cocaine, Trafficking in Methamphetamine, Trafficking in Psychedelic Mushrooms, Possession With Intent to Distribute Marijuana, Possession of Controlled Substances and Possession of a Weapon During the Commission of a Violent Crime.

According to Investigators, the Heroin seized would constitute approximately 4,600 single doses. The estimated street value of all of the narcotics seized is $117,000.00.

Stukes and Davis are being held at the Florence County Detention Center while awaiting a bond hearing.
