**Obituary for Linda Jean Robinson**
Linda Jean Rivers Robinson, daughter of late Charlie and Luvenia Rivers, was born September 8, 1949, in Florence, SC. She departed this life on Saturday, September 18, 2021, at McLeod Hospice.
Linda graduated from Wilson High School, Florence SC, she did further studies at Florence Darlington Tech.
Linda worked at GE for many years and later worked at the Champus BCBS of South Carolina which she retired after 15 years.
Linda was baptized at Saint Paul AMS Church at an early age. She served faithfully in many capacities. She was a member of the Trustee Board, Pastors Aide, and a Celestial Choir. She was also a member of the SE Choir for many years.
Linda was a member of Crescent Court #143 (Past Illustrious Commandress), VG Brooks court #17, (Past Most Ancient Matron) Heranes of Jericho, Princess Eve #5 (Assistant Sect.), (OES) Easter Stars Mary Perkins #292.
Linda is married to James H. Robinson Jr, On July 19, 1969, in this union, they had three children of which one preceded her in death.
Those left to cherish her memory include her husband James H. Robinson; one son Deric (Omatayo) Robinson; one daughter Jamesha Robinson, four grandchildren; one brother Charlie (Brenda) Rivers of Glen Allen, VA; one brother-in-law Clyde (Gloria) Robinson of Coward, SC. She also leaves several nieces and nephews; her special friends Phines C. Jones, Mardell B. Hine, Luberta Green, Earline Smith, Catherine Brown, Reverend Cynthia V. Brown, Reverend S.R. Barnes, and Reverend Franklin Spears; special cousins Melissa Green and Myra Rainge; godchildren and other relatives and friends.

Ethel Mae ( Davis )Owens affectionately known as Tee, was born October 7, 1935, to the late Clarence and Beatrice Davis of Poston, SC. She was preceded in death by her four brothers Clarence Jr, Herbert, Sylvester, and Prince, her two sisters Lillie Mae Henry and Evel Mae Davis, and grandson Anthony A. Carter
Ethel (Tee) was called To rest, September 14, 2021, at MUSC in Florence SC
She was born and raised in the Poston area of Johnsonville and educated in the Johnsonville area school district. She relocated to Plainfield New Jersey in 1959 when she was employed in various positions returning to the area in 2000 where she became a member of The House of God in Pamplico. She leaves to cherish her memories a daughter Helen Davis Carter of Bossier City, LA and son Maxie (Carolyn) Davis of Plainfield NJ grandchildren Bartene, Marcus and Devon Carter, Quiana (Kareem) Thomas, Lakara (Kenneth) Pope, Maxie Jr, and Justin Charleston, 11 great grand and five great-great-grandchildren, one Aunt, Mae Woodberry, two sister-in-law‘s, Gloria Davis and Laura Davis and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

**Obituary for William Ellison**
Mr. William “Willie” Ellison, the son of William Ellison and Viola Davis Curtis was born February 23, 1937, in Darlington, South Carolina. He passed away on Tuesday, September 14, 2021.
He gained his formal education in Darlington County Public Schools.
He was joined in holy matrimony to the late Lillie Mae Graham Ellison.
William was employed with Wilbert Vault Company for more than thirty years.
William an avid fisherman, called himself the Barbeque Pitmaster.
“Jitt” as he was affectionately called was very outspoken and was considered the jokester of the family.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Lillie Mae; his parents; two brothers, Henry Davis and Moses Curtis; and two sisters, Julia Curtis Ward and Mollie Davis Cuttino.
Jitt leaves to cherish his precious memories: a daughter, Georgiann Robinson of Florence, South Carolina; a son, Edward Graham of Florence, South Carolina; three grandchildren, Lakesha (Russell) Cain of Florence, South Carolina, Kendell (Crystal) Ellerbe, and Justin (Kristy) Ellerbe of Carrollton, Georgia; eight great grandchildren, Calesha Brown, Ka’nesha Fulton, Kentara Fulton, Paris Ellerbe, Jayden Ellerbe, Jeramiah Ellerbe, Kendell Ellerbe, Jr., and Janelle Ellerbe; two sisters, Sadie Curtis of Darlington, South Carolina and Martha Davis Hickson of Florence, South Carolina; three brothers, Brady Curtis of Darlington, South Carolina, Elijah Curtis and Jerry Curtis both of Damariscotta, Maine; and a host of nephews, nieces, other relatives, and friends.

**Obituary for Gerline Corbett**
Mother Gerline Corbett, of Florence, South Carolina passed away peacefully on Sunday September 12, 2021 in Rock Hill, South Carolina.
Gerline was born on September 10, 1932 in Darlington, South Carolina to Challine and Willie “Bubba” Milling.
Gerline was educated by Darlington County Schools. She worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in private care for many years in Mount Vernon, New York.
Affectionally known as “Boogie” but now known as “Mother Corbett”, she was a faithful member of Jesus Only Apostolic Church in Yonkers, New York, where she was Baptized in Jesus Name and received the gift of the Holy Ghost.
Later on in life, she served as office manager at Prestige Home Support. She was a devoted member of Rivers of Life Church in Florence, South Carolina. She had a passion for cooking and enjoyed traveling. As a caring mother, grandmother, and friend she had a sincere love for her family and friends. Most importantly, her love for our Lord and Savior shined as she shared her faith with others
She was preceded in death by her parents, Challine and Willie “Bubba” Milling; a daughter, Andrena Robinson; two sisters, Ethel “Bunch” Sanders and Waldeen “Honey” Gerald; a brother, Harry Milling; and three brothers-in-Law.
She is survived by three daughters, Berlyn (Leon) McPhail, Darlean (Lucius) Redden, and Theresa (Victor) Corbett-Hannah; four siblings, Cleveland (Irene) Milling, Ralpheen Gregg, Carrie Lunn, and Arthur Milling; eleven grandchildren, Delano (Almeda) Graham, Vanessa Durant, Deleon (Regena) McPhail, Sherry (Andre) Richardson, Tomeka (Tyrone) Blackwell, Shaquanna (Marcus) Corbett-Wolfe, Laquilla Corbett, Latesha Banks, Nigel Corbett, Joel Hannah, and Gabrielle Hannah; twelve great grandchildren; eleven great-great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, three dear friends, Fannie Sampson, Apostle Brenda Deas, and Major Deas; and other relatives.

**Obituary for Lashanda N Williams**
Lashanda Nicole Williams, a resident of Sumter, entered into eternal rest on September 11, 2021. Lashanda was born on December 11, 1980 to Shirley McKnight Williams and the late Raymond Williams. She attended the public schools of Sumter County and Sumter High School. The Lord called her home to spend eternity with her Savior. Lashanda was humble, quiet, loving and very giving to her family. She enjoyed doing domestic work and later became a stay at home Mom. She loved her nieces and nephews as if they were her own. Her passion was watching sports. Lashanda was a Big New England Patriot diehard fan. Lashanda leaves to cherish her memories: two daughters, Ziasia and Ladayisha Williams; two sisters, Tameika Williams and Latonya Champagne; one brother, Brian (Latreshia) Williams of Sumter, S. C.; two brothers-in-law, Joseph Wilson and Quincy Champagne of Sumter, S. C.; two special friends of the family, Nicholas McCleary and Edward McNeil, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. In accordance with the COVID 19 guidelines, the family is requesting face masks and social distancing be observed by relatives and friends during visitation at the home of her sister, 505 Lucas Court, Sumter. Graveside services will be held 11:00 a. m., Tuesday, September 21, 2021 in the Aycock Cemetery, 4075 Wedgefield Road, Wedgefield, with Pastor Johnny Davis, officiating, Pastor Barbara J. Davis, Eulogist. The procession will leave the home at 10:20 a. m.
**Obituary for Laura Ann Vincent**
Laura Ann Vincent, daughter of Charles and Carrie Dinkins Williams, was born on December 27, 1961 in Sumter County and entered eternal life on Sunday, September 12, 2021 at Prisma Health Tuomey in Sumter. Laura attended the public schools of Sumter County. She graduated from Hillcrest High School, Dalzell, with the Class of 1980. After graduation she moved to New York where she met and married William Vincent. She returned to Sumter in 1987. Laura was employed at Wal-Mart until she retired. At an early age, Laura Joined High Hills Missionary Baptist Church where she worked faithfully. She was a God –fearing woman who gave her all to her church. She was a dedicated servant of the Lord. Laura worked with the Ushers Ministry, Choirs, Vacation Bible School Teacher, Sunday School Teacher, the YWA Ministry, Pastor’s Aides Ministry and the Culinary Staff Ministry. She leaves to cherish her memory: her parents, Charles and Carrie Dinkins Williams of Rembert; two sons, Xavier Vincent of the home, Travon (Whitney Barnhill) Williams of Sumter; one sister, Carrie (Henry) Prioleau of Rembert; five brothers, Charles Williams of Rembert, Lowery (Patricia) Williams, John (Zelda) Williams of Rembert, David Williams of Waldorf, MD and Thomas Antony (Tabitha) Williams of Stafford, Virginia; a special sister, Doris Wiley of New York; five grandchildren; three aunts, Louise Dinkins of New York, Sophia Jenkins of Atlanta, GA., Lillie (Isaiah) Richbow of Rembert; one uncle, John Dinkins of Sumter, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. **Obituary for Teate “TJ” Harris**
Teate Junior (T.J.) Harris was born September 22, 1939, in Heath Springs, SC to the late Richard and Bright Eva Harris. He was the oldest of 3: Evelyn Harris (BJ) Barr and the Late Jasper Harris. Mr. Harris began his working career with Fellers Furniture of Camden SC – starting out as an apprentice and learning the trade of floor installation for which he is well known. He owned and operated his own business for over 40 years serving Florence and the surrounding areas.
“ TJ” became a member of the body of Christ in the 1950’s. He and his parents were members of King St. Church of Christ of Christ in Camden, SC until his move to Timmonsville, SC. He served and worshipped at Paul Jones Rd. Church of Christ until he was no longer able to due to dementia.
Left to cherish his life and legacy is his wife of 48 years, Annie Margaret Ellerbe Harris; his children, Elizabeth Karen (Joseph) Davis, Grainger J’von (Adriane) Harris and their mother Elizabeth Harris; Glenda (Ross) Hickman, Teresa (Quinn) Kelly, Kevin Harris, Toby (Nikeya) Harris, Benji (Adrienne) Harris, Steven Harris, Mark (Alexis) Harris, and Zachary Harris. Twenty-five Grandchildren: Joseph Maurice (Marlitta) Davis, Rebekah (Marissa)Davis, Marquese Harris, Christian Harris, Alicia Harris, Tyrone Harkless, Tai’Yanna Harris, Kevin Harris Jr., Jordan Harris, Stephan Harris, Steven Harris Jr., Savannah Fitch, Quazieria Kelly, Kyra Kelly, Cameron Kelly, Talia Kelly, Micah Jace Hanniford, Jaden McMunn, Joshua McMunn, Jaxon McMunn, Jeremiah McMunn; Aqawdalis Burton; Claire Harris, Ava Bright Harris, Isabella Harris; Two great grandsons: Josiah and Jeremiah Davis.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Millicent (David) Harkless.
In addition, Mr. TJ Harris has a multitude of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives who all love him.
To honor his legacy and love of the Lord, his celebration of life will be a eulogy in song.
